The room had some significant issues, including a persistent smell of smoke upon arrival. After requesting a room change, the second room’s TV didn’t work, and I was disappointed by a clogged bathtub that should have been addressed before check-in. Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms made it tough to get a decent night's sleep.

This hotel impressed with its fine-quality entrance and spacious Superior Queen room. The comfortable queen-sized bed, combined with a modern shower and lovely mountain views from the fifth floor, made for a delightful stay. Plus, free local calls added a nice touch! Parking was convenient and secure as well.

I stayed here for a short trip to explore local attractions like the Greater Vernon Museum and Archives and Polson Park, which are both easily accessible. The cleanliness in the common areas was impressive, and the family room I had was well-maintained. However, the carpet was in poor condition, and some amenities like the pool were not quite up to par. Despite these issues, I appreciated the efficient check-in process and the desk staff's willingness to assist when I needed extra towels.

the state of my room was downright deplorable. the cesspool of uncleanliness was accentuated by the horrible cigarette smell. and let’s not even discuss how i received a paper bag for breakfast that was a sad imitation of a meal. i thought at least i’d get an upgrade for my troubles, but nope. just couldn’t do it.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the nice restaurant on site. I also appreciated the availability of cold bottled water in the room, which is a lovely touch, especially after a long drive. Plus, the location was perfect, with a shopping center right across the street for any essentials I needed.

We had a fun family trip with our two kids, enjoying the comfy room with two queen beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the kids loved the nearby Predator Ridge Golf Resort, which was perfect for a day of activities.

I loved the convenience of the air conditioning during the warm weather, and the clean bathroom added to the experience. This place was just a strong match for a fleeting moment in Vernon with very good value for money. The fenced yard for pets was a nice touch, making it convenient for dog owners like me. Consider bringing your own towels as the provided ones are quite thin.
